Probate and Trust Administration

When a client passes, their family members look to Campione, Campione & Leonard for guidance at what can be a confusing and stressful time.  Our attorneys work with the personal representatives of estates to guide them through the probate process, including the gathering of information, advice and assistance with estate administration, preparation of estate tax returns and distribution of assets.  Often, trusts are used in planning an estate.  We help trustees with trust administration, advising them of their duties and authority, including advice on trust distributions and preparation of accounting.  We also advice trust beneficiaries regarding their rights under the terms of a trust, and whether the trustee is meeting its obligations to them.
